Advising When To Replace Tires is Smart Business




No one wants to be the bearer of bad news. Delivering the bad news today for a Dealership Service Advisor, telling their customer that they need new tires - and will likely have to spend hundreds of dollars - is not fun. 


The Customer may be upset or angry. The conversation may be awkward and uncomfortable. It might even lead to a bad Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score.
